Terms of Service

These terms apply to praveenhandlooms.shop and to every order placed with Praveen Handlooms.

1. Who we are

Praveen Handlooms is an online retailer selling handloom and home textiles. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: No-2, Shop No.4, Ashwamedh Apartment, Ram Maruti Rd, near Vagholkar Hospital, Naupada, Thane, Maharashtra 400602, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe fabric, weave, finished size and pack contents from the information available to us. Handwoven and block-printed textiles vary slightly piece to piece in shade and print alignment; that variation is the nature of the process rather than a fault, and screen colour is never exact.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

The business is registered under GST (GSTIN 27AFNPJ0379M1ZW). Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST at the applicable rate; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Follow the wash-care instructions printed on each product page. Cotton dohars and handwoven throws shrink slightly on the first wash, which is normal. Rubber-backed doormats are for indoor or covered outdoor use unless the page says otherwise, and vinyl table protectors are not heat-proof — do not place hot vessels directly on them.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
